Welcome to Pizza Robot Studios. By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Pizza Robot Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Apps

These terms apply to all games and applications published by Pizza Robot Studios LLC, including but not limited to Rock Paper PvP and future titles.

Use of Our Apps

Our Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

Use our Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with any App
Use exploits, automation, or cheats to gain unfair advantage
Create offensive or inappropriate player names
Interfere with other players' enjoyment of our Apps

Accounts and Characters

Player data including names, avatars, and progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data lost due to device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates. Premium purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account and can be restored through the Restore Purchases option in Settings.

In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer optional premium upgrades. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not handle payment information directly. All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their refund policies. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Intellectual Property

All content in our Apps including artwork, music, sound effects, characters, and game design is the property of Pizza Robot Studios LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Free versions of our Apps display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Premium upgrades remove all advertisements.

Disclaimer

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any App at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pizza Robot Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
